Great game.
- doesn't care what she thinks. Most approval-seeking guys would be afraid to tell someone they're engaged with a book by Barry Goldwater. This is a mistake. I am now pretty upfront with my right-wing political views to girls, even lefty ones. And I think they like me more because of it. Girls like right-wing guys, they sense the authority or something. Roissy's political views would be beyond the pale for most MSM outlets, but the girls still flock to his blog. Also - women don't judge a man's value by their politics like left-wing males typically do.
- 'looks like we're hitting it off like grease hits the skillet huh?' Great disqualifier.
- 'you're open minded', good qualifier, he is judging HER.
- 'running for congress': atom bomb DHV, and she brought it up so even better.
- number close in under a minute.
OK, easy formal introduction, but still good game.

Yeah, definitely. And the head turn 'uh oh' when laura says she's a librarian.
Seems like the folks who made that snippet were able to wake up from their Bush Derangement Syndrome hategasm long enough to see what the man has going for him; superb people skills.
